Ambar Qamaruddin

Mr. Qamaruddin belongs to a family of advocates, which has a vast experience of more than 50 years. He is the Managing Partner of the firm having varied experience as a corporate attorney and a litigation expert. He is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court holding a Master’s Degree in law from the University of Delhi. He has appeared in various landmark matters in the Supreme Court and numerous High Courts of the country. He has obtained a Diploma  in Corporate Laws and Management conducted by the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He had been on the editorial board of the Supreme Court Reports (S.C.R), the official law reports of the Supreme Court. He has addressed various issues  pertaining  to company law like mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financial reconstructions, joint ventures, winding up proceedings etc. He has vast experience in drafting  and vetting of documents with extensive involvement in joint venture agreements, technology transfer agreements, hire- purchase agreements etc.
