Bhuvnesh Singh Chauhan
Bhuvnesh Singh Chauhan completed his M.Sc. and LL.B. from Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra (UP) in the year 1996 and 2000 respectively. After which he enrolled with Bar Counsel of Allahabad (UP) in the year 2001 and joined Law firm ‘Chauhan & Associates’ at Delhi. While in that firm, he engaged with its corporate clients i.e. Gas Authority of India, Paradeep Phosphate, MTNL, WIMCO Ltd., Escotel Mobile etc. He was associated with Escorts Limited and its group companies for nearly 18 years since 2004 as a Sr. Manager (Legal) and managed commercial litigations in all fora/courts/tribunals all over India and co-ordinated and briefed external counsel/law firms. He has vast experience in

He has handled all legal affairs including statutory compliances of Escorts Group companies viz Escorts Securities Limited ( a member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange India Ltd (BSE)), Escorts Mutual Fund, Escorts Assets Management Ltd., Escorts Investments Trust, Allgrow Finance &Investments Pvt Ltd. (a member of Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX & NCDEX)), Sun &Moon Travels Pvt Ltd, Sun & Moon Shipping India Pvt. Ltd, Momento Communications Pvt Ltd, AAA portfolios Pvt. Ltd etc and regularly appeared in the courts and tribunals, Consumer Forum, Investor Grievance Cell as well as Arbitration Tribunals of above noted stock exchanges i.e. NSE, BSE, MCX and NCDEX etc. on behalf of these companies as an authorised representative. He was drafting and filling of all pleadings, affidavits, settlements etc. He has also handled Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of Escorts Limited as well as its group companies in India and abroad (around 45 countries).
