Vijay Surana

Mr. Vijay Surana, leads the Bengaluru office of Q &A with an efficient team under his supervision. Heis a commerce graduate from Madras University with an MBA from Vellore Institute of Technology. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Law from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati and has completed a PG Diploma course in Medical Law & Ethics from National Law School, Bangalore. He has practiced extensively on the original side including filing first appeals in various civil courts in addition to appearing regularly at the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru. He has keen interest in drafting/vetting and legal strategy building for corporate and individual clients.
His area of interest is legal advisory that includes drafting/vetting of deeds and agreements. Negotiating terms and conditions of agreements to balance competing interests and the mandate of law. Compliance and regulatory matters concerning firms and corporates are handled by Mr. Surana as per the requirements of statutes or established procedures. Human Resource advisory also is an area of his interest.
Earlier experiences include serving on board as a founding trustee of an engineering college. Also founded and established a state of art CBSE School and founder of a community wellness club called Trek Talks.
