Mr. Shram Vir Vats completed his LL.B. from University of Delhi in the year 2004 and has been practicing  law  since then, mainly specializing in Civil and  Labour  litigation.  He has been an empaneled Counsel for the Employees State Insurance Corporation (E.S.I.C.) & South Municipal Corporation of Delhi (S.D.M.C.) besides being a retainer for Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd and various other  Companies. As an advocate he is having a very rich experience and expertise in all spheres of Civil litigation including petitions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, tenders, money recovery, injunctions (stays), contracts, specific performance of contracts, carriage of goods, guarantees, termination of services, damages, all aspects of immovable property, rent/lease matters, family law, dishonoring of cheques, writs and winding up proceedings of the companies, Consumer Disputes before Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, State Commission & National Commission.
