Harshita Gautam
Ms. Harshita Gautam obtained her degree of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Lloyd Law College, having graduated in 2021. She possesses diverse experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, and matrimonial matters.
She has worked as an in-house counsel with ATS Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., where she handled a broad spectrum of real estate-related legal matters, including proceedings before the DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, and criminal courts. Her role involved strategic legal advisory, drafting, and representation in high-stakes matters concerning financial recovery, insolvency, and regulatory compliance.
During her formative years, she interned at prestigious law firms and chambers of senior advocates, including Khaitan & Khaitan and Senior Advocate Mr. Manish Mohan. These experiences provided her with valuable exposure to complex corporate transactions and litigation strategy.
She brings a solution-oriented approach, backed by practical experience in both corporate advisory and dispute resolution.
