Sonali Sharma

Ms. Sonali Sharma obtained her degree from University of Jammu, graduating in 2019. She possesses diverse experience in commercial litigation and corporate law.

Her work involves drafting and reviewing commercial and real estate agreements, document verification, contractual risk assessment and compliance.

Prior to transitioning into corporate practice, Ms. Sharma gained substantial experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including her practice before the High Court of J&K and Ladakh and her subsequent experience with a law firm in New Delhi. This litigation background provided her with a strong foundation in legal research, statutory interpretation, drafting, risk identification and understanding of the practical consequences of contractual and legal disputes.

She transitioned to corporate practice to focus on transactional and preventive legal work, using her litigation experience to identify legal and contractual risks at an early stage.

She brings together her litigation background and corporate experience to provide practical and commercially focused legal solutions.
