Ekansh Bansal

Mr. Ekansh Bansal joined Q & A Advocates in the year 2019. He completed B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University in the year 2014 and has been in active litigation practise since then. He is also a qualified Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. He has keen interest in intellectual property laws, therefore pursued his LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws in the year 2015.
His areas of interest include Intellectual Property Laws, Insurance Regulatory Laws, Motor Accident Claims, Consumer protections matters and general civil litigation. He has been regularly appearing before Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and the Trade Marks Registry after joining the profession.
Mr. Bansal is looking after civil disputes and intellectual property matter in Q & A Advocates.
