Simmi Kaur Bagga
Ms. Bagga completed her graduation from Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad (UP) in the year 2008. Thereafter, she did her Masters in Economics (Gold Medalist) from the same University in 2010. In 2012 she cleared IBPS Exam. Ms. Bagga completed her LL.B. from Lucknow University in the year 2016. She was awarded with Radha Krishna Sahay Memorial Gold Medal in Jurisprudence. Post that she did her Masters in Laws (LL.M.) with specialization in Corporate Laws, from G.D. Goenka University in 2017.
Her areas of interest include corporate law and governance, corporate litigation, and compliance and regulatory matters concerning corporates. As an advocate with a PGDM in Human Resources, she brings a unique blend of legal and HR acumen, making her well-versed in navigating complex workplace and compliance issues.
She is proficient in contract management, legal drafting, and the review of commercial transactions and documentation. She has extensive experience in drafting and vetting commercial agreements, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in corporate and regulatory matters.
Additionally, she is a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer and actively conducts awareness and sensitization programs. She assists organizations in developing and implementing effective POSH policies, ensuring compliance with legal mandates and fostering safe workplaces.
